Scott Harlan

Co-Owner

Prior to opening RFG, Scott was the Executive Vice President of Residential Lending with First Mutual Bank in Bellevue. Prior to the sale of the bank in 2008, Scott managed all of the bank’s residential and consumer lending programs including construction and rehab loans. Scott served for many years on the board of the non-profit Together Center in Redmond, Leadership Eastside, and is the past-president and a founder of the Lake Washington Schools Foundation. Arthur Goldman

Co-Owner

Prior to founding RFG with Scott Harlan, Arthur was Managing Director at Freestone Capital Management in Seattle, were he played a pivotal role in growing the firm from $350 million to over $2 billion in assets under management. Arthur has been active in the Washington Society of CPAS, serving four years as Chairman of the Personal Financial Planning Committee. Liz Richardson

Manager

Liz Richardson manages the day-to-day operations of RFG including the origination and servicing of its portfolio of fix & flip, rehab, spec construction, and investment real estate loans. Since joining Redmond Funding Group in 2014, Liz has been instrumental in growing the RFG loan portfolio to over $35mm. Prior to joining RFG, she worked in title and escrow for six years and is a graduate of the University of Montana.  She has always had a passion for real estate and grew up helping her parents fix and flip homes.
